A final tip for gearbox oil.

Putting more oil than expected in the gearbox crankcase may not cause any damage, in the worst situation (exaggerating in sports use) it may just get too hot and partly leak out of the overflow tube.

Some 'shrewd' users of the group tell of finding themselves even better off adding another 100ml of oil beyond the maximum level (overfill), thus making the gearbox improves and becomes smoother.

The trick to making this oil overfill is to Lift the car from the driver's side only and then add these additional 100ml of oil.
